Looking for nutrition help? I can make you a custom nutrition guide for any of my seven personal workout options (powerlifting, bodybuilding, sports performance, tactical conditioning, weight loss, corrective exercise, or design your own workout). It'll consist of: * A personally tailored macronutrient distribution (grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat) * Great food choices just for you * Nutrition best practices to achieve your goals Here are the steps... 1) You put together a weeklong food journal...ALL food consumed in a seven-day period (MyFitnessPal works great): * Include only food you've actually eaten (this applies primarily to people who suffer from disordered eating) * Include everything (yes, *every* morsel of junk food) * Don't worry, I judge 2) You schedule your nutrition consultation and securely upload your food journal to this website 3) We meet for 25 minutes either over the phone or in person (if you're in Cambridge, Massachusetts) to go over your food journal, physical activity level, and nutrition goals. Don't hold back...Mesomorpheus aims to make your dreams come true! Your custom nutrition guide will be ready within three business days after our meeting. You'll receive it via e-mail. From there you can print it out or save it to your phone so you can view it while planning your meals.
