Service Description
Looking for a custom workout program that you can do on your own without any real-time coaching? I can write you a four-week program based on any of my seven personal workout options (powerlifting, bodybuilding, sports performance, tactical conditioning, weight loss, corrective exercise, or design your own workout). Here's how it works: We meet for 25 minutes either over the phone or in person (if you're in Cambridge, Massachusetts) to go over your training needs: * Frequency/duration - how many times per week and how much time per day you have available * History - things you've tried in the past, especially things that have worked versus things that haven't * Goals - any and everything you're hoping to accomplish...don't hold back...Mesomorpheus aims to make your dreams come true! (Hence the name) Your four-week personal workout program will be ready within three business days after our meeting. You'll receive it via e-mail. From there you can print it out or save it to your phone so you can view it while working out.
