Tactical athletes are military/police/fire/emergency professionals who risk their lives to save other people's lives. People they don't even know...and maybe don't even like. They truly need to be prepared for the unexpected. They have no scheduled games. No off-season. They're always in season. It's always game time. Even when fast asleep after working a double shift, they can be called upon for an emergency. A real emergency. Being well-conditioned is essential. Nothing's beyond the call of duty for Navy SEALs, Marines, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams, firefighters, or paramedics. "Failure is not an option" takes on a whole new meaning. Rising to the occasion is the norm. And, to do so, tactical personnel must be able to carry not only themselves...but also all of their heavy gear...and another person...for a great distance...and that person can be really big. In your tactical conditioning workout, we'll emphasize supramaximal calisthenic/bodyweight and TRX suspension training as well as unconventional resistance and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) according to the standards of organizations such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO), International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), and National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT). You'll be ready for anything.
